  • “Browse our catalog and click (Add to Wishlist) on any item. Once you’re ready, tap the heart icon in the bottom-right corner and enter your event details. An Event Specialist will reach out shortly to review your Wishlist, answer any questions, and turn it into a custom quote.“

  • “Yes—you can split your remaining balance into 3, 6, or 9 payments. Just specify your preferred plan when you approve your quote, we’ll adjust the schedule and add a 3.69% split payment processing fee on your proposal.“

  • “Yes—deliveries or pickups before 9 AM, after 8 PM, or on Sundays carry a modest surcharge. Simply let us know your preferred window when you request your quote, and we’ll include any applicable fees in your custom proposal.“

  • “A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, we’ll refund your deposit. Within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable, but we’ll credit your account toward a future rental if you rebook within nine months.“

  • “We automatically include our Rental Protection waiver on every order to cover event mishaps. If you already have event insurance or prefer not to include it, you can opt out before approving—contact your Event Specialist and we’ll adjust your proposal accordingly.“

  • “Just reach out to your Event Specialist at least nine days before delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate any additions or swaps—no stress, just seamless service.“
